THIRSTING FOR EUROPE PROJECT

Transnational Meeting n°2

From 13 to 17 February 2022, the INTER+VALUE association organised Transnational Meeting No. 2 of the Thirsting For Europe project in the town of Prato in Tuscany (Italy).

The aim of this trip was to observe, in their educational and cultural context, activities linked to the knowledge and teaching of Europe. The visit to Tuscany was also an opportunity for the French, Italian, Portuguese and Romanian partners to meet and exchange ideas, and to work together to develop the next main lines of the project. We would like to extend our warmest thanks to Mario Battiato, headmaster of the Istituto Comprensivo Gandhi, and his team, for their warm welcome and for organising the excellent local programme; to Ilaria Santi, a local councillor who, together with the municipal staff, opened the doors of the town hall and the town museum to us; and to Francesca Zannoni, headmistress of the Datini hotel school, and her team.
