1st INTERCULTURAL CROSS-BORDER AND EUROPEAN BIENNIAL OF VIMIOSO

As part of a European project entitled Confluences & Frontiers, the Town Hall of Vimioso and the INTER+VALUE association are organising an event entitled the 1st Intercultural, Cross-border and European Biennial of Vimioso, which will take place from September 27 to October 4 and whose programme can be found below.

The event includes a three-day International Congress (from 28 to 30 September) on the themes developed by the Biennial, i.e. those of the Confluences & Frontiers project, the main aim of which is to publicise and promote the culture and heritage of the European territories involved: Vimioso in Portugal, Ribadavia in Galicia (Spain), Rennes and other towns in Brittany (France), Prato in Tuscany (Italy), Iași and Sibiu in Romania.

The programme for this Biennial (conference, exhibitions, films, market and various activities) focuses on the municipality of Vimioso and its relationship with the associated territories.
