PRINTONALE 2025 : inter+café#7 & inter+CLaC#3

On Saturday 22 March 2025, INTER+VALUE's Printonale® or Spring Convivial was held around two themes - ITALY and the struggle of WOMEN - in collaboration with the Aria Nova association.

The latest edition of INTER+VALUE's now traditional Printonale® was held in a warm atmosphere of good humour, tastings, games and cultural exchanges. The participants were delighted to have chosen to come to this day of sharing.

After a late morning devoted to the 7th meeting of the book club - INTER+CAFÉ#7 - based on "MADELAINE AVANT L'AUBE", a beautiful novel by Sandrine Collette about women's struggles to survive in a rural world that is still feudal, the guests gathered at the Maison Internationale de Rennes (International House of Rennes) for INTER+CLaC#3, the third edition of INTER+VALUE's intercultural meetings.

This year, the focus was on Italy and its culture. First of all, there was a tasting and sale of quality olive oil imported directly from Campania. Then it was time to savour the dishes brought by the guests, all inspired by Italian specialities (piadine, pizza, salads, tiramisu, etc.).

Between the tastings and a film session, Sokha Bournak, from the Dudiwan association, led a lively interlude with intercultural games (Kosmopoli:t, City Guesser).

The fourth highlight of the day was the screening of ‘GLORIA!’ (1h46), an Italian-Swiss film directed by Margherita Vicario and released in 2024. The film takes a humorous look at a group of young music-loving women who make their mark in a convent in Venice around 1800.

After the film, there was more discussion over an aperitif to round off a very convivial day, with a few drinks and other... Italian specialities!
