Visit and discovery: a week's immersion with Thirsting For Europe

Thirsting For Europe is a European school cooperation partnership project funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ programme, bringing together two associations and ten partner schools over a two-year period. Find out more

The project includes a number of study and discovery visits, including one to Prato from 13 to 17 May 2024. For this study visit to Prato, 13 participants, including 2 Romanians, 2 Portuguese, 3 from the office of the INTER+VALUE association, and a project manager were on site hosted by the Italian partners.

The school has a tradition of decorating classrooms in this way. The pupils choose the patterns and work with the art teacher to create them. In this way, the pupils take ownership of the school premises and feel more at home.
