YOUR MISSIONS
Under the authority of the chairman of the association, who is responsible for its management with the support of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, the person responsible for coordinating and developing activities, partnerships and projects will carry out the following tasks:
- Developing the association's profile in France and abroad, in collaboration with the Communications Officer (promotional campaigns, information for the general public and existing or potential members and partners, participation in forums, trade fairs or regional meetings).
- Organising and running activities and events (meetings, exchanges, seminars, training courses, etc.)
- Setting up, monitoring and managing intercultural exchange or international cooperation projects
- Seeking financial resources, in particular by responding to calls for European, national, regional and local projects
- Helping to produce communication documents and media in French and foreign languages, particularly English
- Support for staff employed on training or temporary assignments and assigned to carry out or monitor an activity or project (European volunteers, young people on civic service, work-linked apprentices, etc.)
- Travel and coordination of mobility in France and abroad, in particular as part of the activities and projects developed
- Developing partnerships, in particular by seeking out new partners and establishing or maintaining regular and constructive relations with the association's established partners (other associations, local authorities, educational structures, etc.).
- Carrying out occasional surveys, reports, analyses, summaries, evaluations or assessments to facilitate or optimise the operation and development of the association, its activities and its projects.
