A new mural at the Private School of Vert Buisson
7/17/2024
The mural on the wall of the Vert Buisson school by Chilean artist Allan Halley is finally finished!
After a week of collaborative work with pupils from the private and public schools, Allan Halley has put the finishing touches to this work of art, which is now transforming the school's landscape. The children, who played an active part in the creation of the mural, had the opportunity to paint alongside an artist and learn the techniques of mural painting.
The mural is a magnificent collection of colourful fruits, juxtaposing realistic design and technical sketches. Playing with light and shadow, the artist has brought the painted objects to life, creating a sense of volume and dynamism that immediately catches the eye.
This initiative is part of a call for cultural projects by the town of Bruz and the Confluences & Frontiers project run by INTER+VALUE. Thanks to the artist's advice and demonstrations, the pupils learnt painting techniques and were able to express their creativity in an original way.
Come and see the mural!
If you're passing through Bruz, don't miss the chance to admire this work of art, which adorns one of the school's walls and is visible to all. We invite you to come and see this creation with your own eyes and share your photos with us.
