Produced by INTER+VALUE, the album is part of Confluences & Frontiers, a project that aims to promote the culture and heritage of Brittany and Europe.

260 pages, 376 colour photos

On 12 August 2025, the launch of the photography album Terras de Vimioso, Suas Gentes e Costumes (Lands of Vimioso, its People and Customs) took place at the Cultural Centre in Vimioso (Portugal).

The photos are by Eduardo Perez, who, in 2023 and 2024, travelled throughout the municipality of Vimioso to capture buildings, works of art, infrastructure, landscapes, people, animals and customs.

A few speeches...

The event featured speeches by Manuel de Lima, president of INTER+VALUE, Carina Lopes, deputy mayor of Vimioso, Father Rufino, parish priest, and photographer Eduardo Perez....

...music and local specialities

Musicians Amadeu Soares and Paulo Meirinhos entertained the audience with traditional tunes from the Mirandese plateau.

At the end of the event, regional specialities and drinks were offered to those present.

The album is available at various points of sale in the municipality of Vimioso and at the INTER+VALUE online store.
